In 2008, LYT created ‘MyLife’ in collaboration with ‘Lightwork’, a research theatre company from Central School of Speech & Drama. The young people created a piece of theatre about their lives at that moment. We used multimedia, verbatim and movement to explore their lives.

Fast forward fifteen years and we created ‘MyLife Now’ - a snap shot of our members' lives in 2023. Inspired by the 2008 performance, our young performers shared their own hopes, dreams and values in an immersive, promenade performance.
